Our home is located in the wonderful community of Forest Lakes, a fantastic, gated, family-friendly neighborhood with a community pool, clubhouse, plenty of open green spaces to play, a playground and a lake to fish for bass and blue gill. Located just a few minute walk from two beach access points, this community is perfect to get a taste of the 30A lifestyle. If you are familiar with living on 30A, you know this is THE BEST residential community to live in on 30A.
Location Location LOCATION: Our home is located LESS than 1/2 mile from the Gulf View Heights Beach access, Goat Feathers, Buddy's Ice Cream, Blue Mountain Creamery - RIGHT on 30A. If you're a runner, the famous 30A bike bath is steps from the front door, if you and the kids like to bike - again, miles and miles of 30A-side bike bath is steps from your disposal. We rode our bikes in minutes to the beach EVERY day - this is the PERFECT location to live the 30A lifestyle. Local grocery (Publix and Walmart) is just minutes away, Northwest Florida's premiere shopping and dining (Grand Boulevard and Destin) is just minutes away - and getting in and out, even during peak season times is a breeze as you have access to Business 98 via Co Hwy 83, Co Hwy 393, or just go up 30A to the outlet on the west - traffic is NEVER an issue, even in the summer!
With 4 bedrooms, our home is well laid out for a family to enjoy life at the beach. Adorned with quartz surfaces, premier wood flooring, high-end appliances and hardware, our home is a great coastal retreat, just steps from the beach. Each bedroom has a Samsung smart TV and access to local cable.
There are two master bedrooms on the ground floor - one has a king, the other a queen - both with en suite bathrooms. The king master features a large shower with tile bench and two independent temperature controlled shower heads. In addition, there is a large garden tub. The queen master features a large bathroom as well.
The ground floor features the large kitchen with quartz counter tops, large gas 6 burner Jenn-Air stove and oven, commercial hood, and plenty of cabinet and counter space to prepare amazing meals.
The large and open living area features a large leather sectional and shares the open vaulted ceilings with a generous dining area that has a gorgeous Restoration Hardware solid wood table.
The second level has the other two bedrooms which each feature bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has two twins, the other has a full and a twin. The loft area upstairs features a twin day bed as well.
There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway and carport and a screened in porch out back.
Price is $4,250 per month, which includes utilities.
All utilities included, including power, water, trash, natural gas, cable (no phone service).
