The picture of a naked female spring breaker has gone viral also making national news on FOX.
The Bay County Sheriff's Office released a picture of a spring breaker they were trying to identify because they were concerned for her well being.
At the time of the photo, she was surrounded by a crowd of men in bathing suits.
She was wearing no clothes, and appeared to be underage.
Friday, the girl called the Bay County Sheriff's Office to say she's OK and that her behavior with the crowd was consensual.
She's says she is safe and didn't realize someone was taking her picture.
Authorities say she is 17- years old and visiting Panama City Beach from the southern part of the United States.

Why is it strange that a 17 year old girl got nude and had a good time? It's not that I approve, but I don't find it shocking. This is Saturday night and there are thousands of 17 year old girls across the country right now who are nude and doing all kinds of weird sh!t some consensual some not. Conservatives are the ones who doubt the number of rapes reported.

Just for the record, when I was 17 I thought my Mom and Dad were pricks and it had nothing to do with their politics. Maybe if I'd had a few more inches I would have been running around the beach wearing a beer hat swinging my thingie taking selfies saying wish u were here world!
