1997 Chrysler Town & Country Needs work $300 you tow

I have a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country mini van that I just want to get rid of. The brakes seem to be locked up on the back right so it will need to be towed to a location, other than that it starts right up and runs nicely. It has 4 really good tires, 2 of them brand new and only driven on for 2 weeks before the van was parked. It had a oil change, new brake pads and new filters as well before it got parked.
A great project car for someone? I just want it gone and would even let someone pay me 1/2 now and 1/2 next month. It has a clear title and a tag that is good until 12/08. The interior is very nice when cleaned up and the a/c is ice cold and the heater is very quick to warm up. I just do not have the knowledge, the time or the money to fix it up. I put the original stereo back in but left the 4 new speakers.
I am also open to offers. Cash price is 350.00 but if you have something for trade or barter I am open to that as well. I want to redo my bathroom and am looking for a half moon shaped vanity with sink and a corner shower unit. I am also up for trade for a scooter.
Let me know what you have :)

I put this van on craigslist also and have had tons of responses, more than I had anticipated so to weed out anyone that is not really interested, I am adding some pics. Also, I went to start it up and the battery had ran down so I have it on the battery charger right now. I have the receipt where the brake pads and front rotors were changed, the work was done at Scottys. I cannot guarantee anything, this is strictly being sold as is and again, the brakes are locked up in the back and it won't move, so you will have to arrange for towing.
If it still interests you after this info, then let me know.
*update* The battery charge did work and it started right up and it still runs good. I did forget to hook up 1 wire to the radio so you will have to go in and hook that 1 wire back but all the lighting on the radio and the time ect. does come on.
