I have a 1 Bdr/1Ba fully furnished condo for rent. The condo has just been through a major renovation the last few weeks. We refaced the kitchen cabinets, we installed hardwood floors in the bedroom, completely updated the bathroom with a new vanity and all new towel racks, towels, bedding linens, new outdoor furniture, etc. We also just purchased a new sleeper sofa and loveseat which should be delivered this week and all new appliances.
We will be down this weekend to finish decorating it. My father lives in Seagrove and can give you a tour of the condo anytime if you are interested.
The monthly rent will be $875/mo. That includes basic cable, water, and trash. You will be responsible for the power bill. It will be ready for a Feb 1 move in or possibly a few days sooner if you need it before then.
It is a beautiful condo, in a beautiful complex with 2 pools, outdoor grill, tennis courts and just across the street from the beach.
