I am a 34 professional that has secured long term employment in the Watercolor area. I have a very well behaved and trained 11 yr old golden retriever. This place sounds perfect, but a little over my monthly budget. However, having a roommate would be option. If anyone is interested in rooming with me and my golden retriever, please let me know.

I am looking for a 1 year lease beginning July 1st. Please advise if this property would still be available for that time. Thanks,
