The main house will be open in Feb. It has a huge open floor plan for Kit./dining/living room...approx 1.200 sq.ft. in addition there is a master bedroom with master bath and a 2nd bedroom across from hall bath. There is a huge bonus room that use to be a 2 car garage now it has 2 sets of french doors and in the past has been used as an art studio, exercise room, storage and guest room. The house has high ceilings and all the windows to the lake go from floor to ceiling. Lots of light as you look out over the pines and lake. Excellent condition and location. Looking for responsible person, no pets or smoking. $1295 need first, last mo. rent and deposit. Utilities are NOT included. It has washer/dryer and all appliances.
