Hello. My roommate and I are looking to for a 12 month lease in a 2 bedroom apartment or house. We are hoping to move to the area mid may of this year. Please let me know if anything is available.

Hello,

We have a small 3 bedroom home in West PCB. You can view our listing on Zillow by looking up 114 S Vestavia. Pictures, and home information can be found on that listing. Let me know if you have any questions.

Not a problem at all. I am showing the home to potential renters this weekend. Let me know if you would like to view the home. If so just send me an email to Bluewaterdune@gmail.com and I can pass along our phone number and set up a time. Thanks!

Hi There,

Just waned to touch base on our rental. This Saturday and Sunday is the only time we will be showing the home for a little while. Let me know if you would like to see the home this afternoon, evening, or Sunday morrning. We have made a lot of interior and exterior upgrades and the home is looking really good. We repainted the interior and added some privacy fencing and will be adding a deck which were not shown in the pictures on our listing. Just shoot me an email Bluewaterdune@gmail.com if you would like to view our home. Take care!
