Hey everyone,
We have a couple of 2 BR 2 BA condos that are approx 1000 square feet on the west side of 30-A for $850 a month at TopSail Village. They are fairly new, built in 2005. They have granite counter tops, great cabinets, washer and dryer, private balconies etc.
Pet Friendly, but please no dogs over 40lbs. The security deposit is $850 and the application fee is $35.
