I have recently relocated to the area and need to find a permanent place to stay. Needing something as soon as August 1st.
Couple looking for :
House within Walton County/surrounding area
2 bedroom minimum
1bath minimum
Fenced In back yard/ or availability for pets
Rent under $1000

We have two house broken dogs that are more than community friendly. They are both over 2 years of age,child/people friendly, and a huge part of our family. We are flexible on all of our requirements and would love a back yard for the dogs to have to themselves.

We have a 3 BR 2 BA house for rent. It's $1375 per month, but it includes electricity, expanded basic cable, and water/sewer. Subtract the cost of those services and the price is at least in the ballpark. It's located at 260 Sunrise Circle in Dune Allen next to Butler Elementary School. Is this property still available? If so, please send pics and info asap. I need to rent by 8/1. I will be teaching at S. Walton High. I have a ****z-tzu and a yorkie....both under 10 lbs...outside when I am gone if there is a fenced yard.
