I am a single father of a 2yr old working as a software professional in Panama City. I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom (or larger) with at least a 1 car garage. I own 4 rental properties in the Niceville area, but its just too far to commute. This makes me a good tenant because I am also a landlord! I maintain my own properties so will have no problem maintaining yours.
I'm looking for something close to the beach in Seagrove for $1000 or less - is this possible? Location needs to be off 30a near Seagrove as its about halfway between my work in Panama City and my family/rental properties in Niceville.
