Please provide lease info, deposit info, pet deposit info (I have a 12 lb well trained dog that does not shed), if any utilities are included in rent and if property includes washer/dryer. I have a 2bd/2bath fully furnished condo in the Sandestin Resort on the beachside of the resort, located in Beachwalk Community. The condo is pet friendly for the right tenant. Monthly rent is $1400 per month with a $1400 security deposit and $250 pet deposit. Tenant is responsible for water/sewer and electric. Basic cable is provided.
