My rental is available (3 BR/3BA and sleeps 10) and can be quoted with or without utilities. It is in a residential gated community, very safe and on 30 A and available immediately.
A small dog is welcome with a pet deposit. The ground level is travertine.
The 2nd and 3rd levels have carpet (and balconies). The Village at Blue Mountain Beach is a residential community of professionals who look out for one another. People walk their dogs on the sidewalks. Pool and health club/gym are on site.
