** Looking for a long term rental by a private landlord. My son is medically retired from the Army and is looking for a long term rental for he and his family. He is only 25 and doesn't have bad credit just not enough credit so property management companies are asking for double deposit and first and last month's rent. He is employed and makes good money but to come up with $7000 to get into a house is a bit much. He has excellent rental references. He does have a service dog in training and paperwork for her. If anyone has options please let me know. He is looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom in the range of $1700.00. Thank you in advance for any recommendations you might have for him.
