Wanted 2 roommates - For House in Seagrove - July 1 Move in

[E.Morris]

My 2 roommates are moving out at the end of June. So I will have 2 bedrooms available for rent available 7/1/2020.

It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house located in a gated community in Seagrove about 1 block from the beach.

I would prefer female roommates.

Both rooms are located on the 2nd story of the house and would share the bathroom that is up there as well. The rooms are identical in size, about 10x13, and both have good-sized closets.

The living room and dining room are furnished.

Rent for each room is $700 a month plus utilities, wifi and yard service.

Please text me at 850-502-7289 for more information, photos, and or questions.
