Wanted 2BR/2BT by April 20, 2019

[Kolton]

Hey there South Walton!

My partner and I are moving with my golden retriever from the Buckhead Atlanta, GA area in late April and seeking a long-term rental. Ideally, I would like a lease of at-least 12 months. I am willing to sign a longer lease, if helpful.

I am a young professional and simply moving back into the area and not seeking an apartment due to my dog. I am willing to comply with any background check or drug test deemed necessary.

Thanks in advance,
Kolton

Hi, we have a 3/2 apartment in Beachside Villas with views of Eastern Lake and The Gulf. It's a 3rd floor unit, with a pet deposit, we would be ok with a one year lease..
