We are looking for a long term renter for our home. We have 2 Bedrooms with a Bonus room with closet that could be used as a Den, Office or 3rd Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a very large walk-in closet and full private bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms in our home. The living room is very large with high vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and large windows with lots of natural light. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, and counter space for cooking. The kitchen looks onto the living room.
Our home has a front porch, back deck with outdoor beach shower, fenced in back yard and storage shed. Storage shed has lighting and electric. There is outdoor parking for three cars easily. The home is a 15 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to 2 restaurants, a Seafood Market/Grocery Store, Kayak and Bicycle rental. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood lined with mature Magnolia and Live Oak Trees. The neighbors are very respectful of renters and we expect the same in return to them.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Rent is $1950/ Month. Security deposit of one months rent will be required. Renter pays for utilities of electric, water, and internet/tv service. Rental history and credit check with be required.
