Beach Crab
Single mother with hearing impaired child and small, well behaved dog. Great references. Area: Seagrove to Miramar. Gladly pay pet deposit. I am right hand to Construction Company owner, real estate agent-just starting out in FL (Circle of Excellence Realtor in Metro Atlanta), fitness trainer, waitress and website designer. We are neat and clean and able to do most repairs. I re-plumbed the kitchen in our last rental. We must move by first week of April. Year or 6 month lease preferred. Currently in Blue Mountain Beach.
