What is the min time it can be rented for ?
Also, Is it going to be furnished ?
I realize that the owners are moving, just trying to find something for 4 to 6 months.

I'd say your looking for 6 months and 1 day otherwise the owner is going to pass along bed tax.

Hey Keith,
I'm Danny's wife so I can answer you questions as well. It is furnished and the owner would like for it to remain that way. You might want to come by and take a look and if you like present that to the owner. Anything is better than nothing these days. It also has it's own private beach access!
