Wanted 3/4 bdrm long term in 30-A area

We are currently in the process of looking for a long term rental in the 30-A area. My wife and I are moving from Cleveland with our 4 kids. We would really like something within running distance to the beach. We are coming down the first week of June to look, so i would like to set up some places to look at. I would prefer 4 bedroom, but a big enough 3 bedroom would work if its in the right area. Thank you all for your help.

We are from Cleveland, Ohio! Very familiar with Dayton. Go Flyers!! Your house is beautiful!! I would tell you "yes" just based on the pictures and location, but i have a feeling you're asking a little more than we are looking to spend. I am bringing my family down around June 6 to find a place. Any info you have on the area that might be beneficial to me would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for the reply.
