I have a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath fully furnished townhouse in Santa Rosa Beach for lease. I am leasing fully furnished including water, garbage, electricity, basic cable and internet for $2500. Security deposit equal to one months rent.
Need a minimum of 6 month lease. House is available now (beginning of Sept).
Pets are welcome with an additional non refundable deposit which is based on # of pets and size.
