Yearly rental on 30A

Hello,
Just read your notice of looking for a rental on the west end of 30A We co-own a townhouse on Oyster Lake with Gulf views. It has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 3 levels. Just talked to the other owners a few minutes ago (before I saw your ad) and we discussed looking for a yearly renter. If you are interested in looking at the property, it is currently listed on VRBO.com with the listing number of 24688. We have not discussed what the monthly rental might be, but would be willing to discuss it.
