where are you looking in Freeport? I just found a rental, but there were a couple other options that I found. Our second choice was in Freeport on Bay Grove Rd. $875/month for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home built in the 80's right across from the bay! Beautiful sunsets! 
The number is 850.267.8448. There's also one at 2069 Bay Loop Rd. That house is newer and has many upgrades. I think it was a 3bdrm as well, but it was $1350/month. You might be able to find it if you google the address or homes to rent in Freeport.

Go to emeraldcoasthomesonline.com and select rentals, select your rent price and freeport and it will show you all rentals in freeport. I know there is a couple of 3 bedrooms under 1000 dollars on there, that are nice. Hope it helps!
