Wanted 3+ bedroom starting 2/2022

Hello!

We are looking for a spot on or close to the 30A area to move into starting February for at least a year rental, it would be great to have the option to add on to the year if everything goes well.

Me and my other half moved here about 2 months ago and found a place on Lake Powell to get us here but it is way too small for our long-term needs. Even though it's just the two of us, both of us work from home and it would be ideal to have our own areas to work without getting in each others hair!

We do not smoke or have pets. We are both very easygoing and are happy to meet up as well as provide references. We are open to both furnished and unfurnished options.

I have a 3/2 across from the gulf in the quiet end of PCB (Laguna area). It's a 2/1 on one side with an attached studio apt. I would allow sublet of the studio (subject to approval of tenant). The beaches are uncrowded even in high season and it's walking distance to great grocery and restaurants. Would be willing to furnish if needed.
