I am in need of a 3 bedroom with an office or a 4 bedroom home. We have to have at least a 1 car garage and must allow pets. I have 2 small house trained dogs and I am looking to stay near 30A as much as possible because of work. If I can not stay close I need to be within a 15 - 20 minute driving distance. I am looking for a yearly lease, if you have an home that is for sale and need some extra income this could be perfect for the both of us!! If you have something that is available please let me know.

I just listed my house for long-term rent. It is in Escada, right off of 98 close to 30A. It is a 4 bedroom with loft, 2 car garage, mostly brick, large fenced backyard, screened in porch and a patio. I'm asking $2400 per month, with one month's rent for deposit and $500 extra deposit for pets. We are currently living here and can be out by December 1. Please call me if this fits your needs.
