Hello! My family and I are currently living in Panama City Beach, while my husband works in Grayton. We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom (preferably 4) house that is pet friendly with a good sized fenced in yard in Santa Rosa/surrounding areas (not Destin- that's too far). We have 2 dogs who are both housebroken, crate trained and not destructive in any way... and wonderful with people. We have 2 young children and they are great with them. We'd like to find a home that is 1600 sf or more if possible. Our price range is no more than $1200/mo. If you know of anything or have a place that fits our needs, I would soooo appreciate the information!!
