We are a responsible local couple looking for long term rental in 30A area (preferably south side of 98). Looking for a condo or single family home. Prefer 2br, 2bath, with washer/dryer. Need a move-in date within the month of March 2015. Will consider furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. Will review rental ops on case by case basis. We do not have pets. Local rental references available upon request. Please reply to thread or send a private message if you have any rental leads!
Sincerely,
