We are looking to rent long term from $1000-1300 for a nice house with enough yard for kids to play. We need 4 bedrooms but can do with a 3 bedroom that has a den or bonus room. Need garage also. Would also prefer space for a boat and parking for 3-4 cars. We are looking from Miramar Beach to Santa Rosa Beach and 30A. Destin would be considered but we prefer to be in Walton County. We are also very handy and can do some fixing up in exchange for deposit money if needed. We have one dog who is housebroken and well trained.
