I believe that Bob smells dog sh*t, and is suggesting that we check the bottom of our shoes for the source of the odor.

I would bet that the "this was part of a larger real estate transaction - yadda, yadda, yadda - he paid $400K" may be where the smell is emanating from.

Sorry for the delay here. No No No ,I'm saying you stepped in it, when you're quick to put a negative spin on a transaction that you don't have the facts about. Ease up on the Realtors on this board. They're good people. Sometimes sales are non-arms length, other property, estate, partial interest etc. It's not all bad.

WoW! Thanks Bob for your kind words towards agents. Josh seems to be working hard and trying to make something happen. I do not know why some have problems with that. I and many others on here are in the business of selling Real Estate. It is what we do to feed our families. When we post a product we get attacked. Often by someone who has no clue of the product or what they are even talking about.
