Cork On the Ocean
directionally challenged
Hi guys
My client has just dropped the price on this lot by over $100K. It will only be left on the market until November at this price and then it's being pulled until the market comes back and the price will be raised again. It's truly a great community very close to Seaside, much closer to the beach and much better elevations than the Hammocks. The community is not overrun with rentals. Many full time residents yet it still gives the owners the option of short term rentals should it be necessary.
