The anniversary got us down there. Went early. Sat at the bar on the roof top. The bartender (female) did an excellent job. Drank Jack. Had an appetizer. Great spot. Will go back. Dining room down stairs was actually several different areas that were nicely done. The owners seemed to greet warmly the people they knew. I wish they had thanked us for coming. That's the only negative. Ellen

The roof top bar is a great spot! I have had several meals there, the food is good, but I hope, with time, it will be great. 723 is still a young restaurant in our area.
