<sniff>. I love cupcakes. Thanks so much GB, what a nice thing to (think about) doing. I feel just awful. But... let's assume we'll be neighbors for quite a while, (i'm not going anywhere) and there will be lots of other opportunities going forward. Next time, cupcakes are on me, promise. ;-)
