I looked up SWGB and it said....

cheery: bright and pleasant; promoting a feeling of cheer; "a cheery hello"; "a gay sunny room"; "a sunny smile"

full of or showing high-spirited merriment; "when hearts were young and gay"; "a poet could not but be gay, in such a jocund company"- Wordsworth; "the jolly crowd at the reunion"; "jolly old Saint Nick"; "a jovial old gentleman"; "have a merry Christmas"; "peals of merry laughter"; "a mirthful ...

given to social pleasures often including dissipation; "led a gay Bohemian life"; "a gay old rogue with an eye for the ladies"

brave: brightly colored and showy; "girls decked out in brave new dresses"; "brave banners flying"; "`braw' is a Scottish word"; "a dress a bit too gay for her years"; "birds with gay plumage"

offering fun and gaiety; "a festive (or festal) occasion"; "gay and exciting night life"; "a merry evening"

In other words:
Go on wit yer gay self...
:drink2:

That was colorful and beautiful!

Okay, if the real swgb does not come back, I might go on strike.

....stop applauding my decision. I need some swgb perspective around here, STAT!

Aren't the Gawds usually satisfied with the sacrifice of a young virgin? I'll volunteer--throw me into the volcano.

Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk.
That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.
--Ernest Hemmingway ...

DKA, I love this siggy! :floor: If this were true, I'd be in BIG trouble

SWGB, how's the gay merriment going?

Is he not back yet? I'm worried about Pixie Dust overexposure now. I'm compiling a list of names that are available for his use if he'd like to resurrect himself with a new name that rhymes with "Quitty". Some of them are just not pretty. OOOH! There's another one!

I like Pitty...derived from, pitiable.

The four horsemen will be riding unicorns.

Am I going to hail for writing that:blink:

SWGB,,,,,,,Don't go changing......to try and ...........sheet, you know the song.

Hey, there's the ticket! Unicorns in beef jerky reins, representing the four evils that will end the world as we know it: Hostile People, Bad Food, Overdevelopment, and Age... They will appear on the horizon, from the gulf, trample the yogic wrobert and his turtle nest, and seek out SWGB, in his beaming beneficence, handing out vouchers for discounts from the ice cream truck to young children, his avatar unicorn tooting "rainbows and hearts" for their amusement. . .

Um, what happens next?

Ok, I'm failing to grasp what the issue is. Maybe I should stay away more, because suddenly most of the posts in the Lounge make no sense to me whatsoever.

SWGB, I love you just the way you are, same as I do all of my buddies. And please get rid of the unicorn; I'm much more enthralled with the 'tars you normally use.

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, By the way!!!! (ooops...that was yesterday...I just got home a bit ago from Chan's and I am decompressing...I hope your day was GREAT!)

Wasn't your birthday months ago? Quit being so busy, I miss your old tars. Please be your old posting self. Those not happy with your posts have no idea how much you are holding back. Your insight and background information are valuable.
