We were in Seagrove last week, doing some work on our place, and as we worked , my wife and I talked about our plans . Sould we try to sell? Try to rent the place out? Who could we call to get solid information that would help us make our decision? I jump on this site all the time, and remembered reading a lot of good things about Bobby Johnson. Based on what I had read on this site, we decided to give him a call. He gave us his opinion of the price we could get for our place if we really wanted to move it , and what he based this price on. Based on this information , we are going to keep the place for now ( we really didnot want to sell anyway). We have decided to put our place on a rental program. We met Wes, a young man from Beach Seekers, and were very impressed with him and his company, and are signing up with them.
There has been a lot written about the problems that Homeowner Associations are having during this real estate mess Florida is in right now. At the development we are in, we are blessed to have a "hands on "board president who also lives on the property. We are so thankful for Mary Brady, we would be in much worst shape without her. She looks into every contract and meets every vender doing work for the association. We are also thankful for Jeff Cresse at Southern Management. He is also a " hands on " person who works with the board to help solve problems.
