Accident at 98 and 395

I always look to the left and right at every intersection when the light turns green. People are in too much of a hurry and don't respect traffic lights. There are certain intersections in the town where we live at which people run the stop sign. So I always slow down there and if they don't make eye contact with me, I honk the horn and get ready to slam on the brakes.
 
Glad to hear you are ok! We are your neighbors and I travel that route almost every day with my 2 small children. I saw the aftermath of your accident so I am so happy to hear you are going to be ok! I was hit recently by a driver in Destin...on Hwy 98. That Hwy is dangerous from PC to Pensacola:( Our pastor mentioned you and your miraculous recovery at church today, just know that the entire congregation continues to keep you in our prayers.

Is Ron the EMT that helped me that day? I would really like to thank whoever it was in person. He probably saved my life.
 
FL Dawg glad to hear that you have no paralysis. That is truly good news and miraculous. We are very fortunate to have excellent Paramedics in SoWal through SWFD and superb flight crews in the region. Best of wishes for a complete and speedy recovery...
 
If you know this person, please let them know that they could have easily caused a wreck at the 395/98 intersection this morning and need to relax and wait their turn before turning left on 98 from 395. Freeport-20120912-00174.jpg

I'm pretty sure that's the vehicle that cut to our left as we waited our turn to make the left this morning. My dad, who is visiting from out of town, was driving. I warned him about the intersection so he may have taken a few extra moments to make the left. I'm thankful my dad saw the vehicle as he started to make the left- my two children were in the car.
This vehicle continued weaving in and out of traffic for some time- must have been in a huge hurry.....
I'm almost certain this is a vehicle from a few houses down the street. I'm pretty sure it followed us out of our neighborhood :). Traffic was slow on 30a due to cyclist and joggers crossing so I guess the driver was tired of being held up :/
