Hello, I will be relocating in May or June indefinitely and looking for a one bedroom apartment or condo preferably but interested in a carriage house/inlaw suite as well. Preferably under $1300 monthly. NOT INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A HOME at this time. Prefer to stay in Santa Rosa Beach/ Point Washington/ 30A area, but willing to look at Destin or Panama City Beach as well. Thank you!

It includes a large garage bay, washer & dryer and has a second floor patio surrounded by trees overlooking a secluded backyard.
