Wanted Actively looking for long term rental

Greetings! My friend and I are looking for a long term rental in South Fort Walton Beach area from now until around April 2016. We're finishing up a residency nearby and want to find a trendy chic place (condo/apartment/house) as our "second home" in the area while we finish up our program nearby. We would prefer something furnished but not a necessity; must be at least a 2BR, under $2500.... We're tidy and will keep the place in stellar condition as we are both professional, career driven and responsible women. We are offering a 2 bedroom 6 month, but we could work out a little bit more of a term. Our rental is at Summer Lakes in Mirimar Becah and we are asking $1450/month between September and the end of Feb. 2016. If you wish to start earlies and stay longer, this gets into our busy season, hewever, we can work out these details as well. My thought is that the cost per month would be greater for the busy season months and we could average out the additional cost over the term. This would still be well inder your $2500 limit I'm sure.
