Has anyone had any experience using AirBNB to rent out your home/condo (i.e. weekly vacation rentals)? We're considering using. If you have anything you can share positive or negative, we would appreciate hearing what you have experienced.

I would gladly offer you only positive experience for the past 4 months. There are many issues I think one needs to be aware of before going this route. Whether you also reside in the area or not, have someone taking care of your home with experience as a guest and or host. Ive been both; traveled extensively and have a a keen eye and idea as to what guests want.
