Join HSUS & Alaqua Animal Refuge in Making Florida a Safer Place for Animals
Alaqua Animal Refuge is looking for "Alaqua Animal Ambassadors" to join us in our efforts to ensure Florida animal laws are the best they can be and to advocate change for those that are not. The first step is knowledge and we encourage you to join the Humane Society of the United States, along with Alaqua representatives, and for two informative hours this Thursday from 5:30- 7:30 in Destin, Florida. Following, we will have sign up sheets for those who want to join our committee to fight peacefully for animal justice, enlist in our "first response team" when a cruelty case happens in our area, or just want to be kept informed of our progress.
This seminar is FREE, open to the public, shelter staff, rescue groups, law enforcement, and prosecutors who want to make a difference in animal's lives.
Thank you for considering taking a proactive step in helping us provide:
