Do you mean number of American troops? Because the number of American citizens killed was quite a bit higher under Bush.
Both the global opinions of Obama's ability to deal with issues and the US are higher than under Bush. Obama More Popular Abroad than at Home, Global Image of U.S. Continues to Benefit - Pew Research Center
P.S. Noone of any intelligence thinks Obama is weak merely because he uses diplomacy and shows some respect for foreign dignitaries and their customs. :roll:

Once again, pls tell me why you believe Obama is weak. I'm asking you. I don't believe he is weak. I can provide evidence to support my assertion that he isn't weak. Can you provide any evidence to support the contrary?
Is he not John Wayne enough? No Texas accent? Is he too thin? Not enough war rhetoric? What's on your mind?

Back to Obama. Let's start with the war on terror. He's weak?
Just last month on CNN's State of the Union, not one but two top Bush administration intelligence officials made the point that this White House has been just as tough - if not tougher on the War on Terror as George W.
One is Bush?s former National Intelligence Director and retired Navy Vice Admiral Michael McConnell. The other is Former Central Intelligence Agency Director Michael Hayden, a retired Air Force general.
My favorite quote-
"The new administration has been as aggressive, if not more aggressive, in pursing these issues because they're real."

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency deported more than 400,000 people this past fiscal year. This was nearly 10 percent more than the Bush administration's 2008 total and 25 percent more than in 2007.
In addition, company audits, in which Immigration officials go after employers hiring and employing illegals has nearly quadrupled since Bush's last year in office.
