I am sick and tired of dropping calls, losing signals, or not getting any service with my iphone on 30A. I know there are a lot of you out there who feel the same way because I have heard you talking about it around town. Well there is something that we can do that will have an impact. We need to get the attention of the "big dogs" instead of the supervisors and managers that everyone has been complaining to up to this point. The way to do this is for AT&T customers to file individual complaints with the FCC. The FCC takes these complaints and confronts the companies referenced. When the FCC comes knocking on the door it is the top management that responds. Filing a complaint is very easy. Here are the steps you take to do it.
1. Go to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
2. Select "Wireless Telephone" then select "Next"
3. Select "Billing, Service, Privacy, Number Portability and other issues" then select "Next"
4. Select "Online form" unless you would rather use one of the other options
5. After filling out the required information make sure to complete section #5 by writing a detailed description of how incredibly crappy your service with AT&T is, and how you are paying a lot of money for bad service
As I said, this will wake up upper management and chances are you will receive a phone call from a regional manager or higher within a day or two. At this point you should be able to do what every you want with your plan including canceling your contract with AT&T and switching to Verizon.
