South Walton Montessori Academy is hiring for an Assistant Teacher in the Primary classroom (Thirty 3 to 6 year olds) and in the Lower Elementary classroom (Twenty one 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders).
The ideal candidate will be dependable, self motivated, and have a positive attitude.
The start date of the positions will be August 17, 2015. We follow a similar calendar as Walton County Public Schools and will expect the applicant to be at school every school day from 7:30AM until 3:15PM. Punctuality and dependability are an absolute must.
The starting rate for this position is $11 per hour. The school pays 100% of every employee's health insurance through BCBS at a cost to the school of $667 per month. Candidate will not be paid over holidays and the summer months, but will be insured year round. Potential to move to salary after one year.
