Attention Locals: Free Admission to Florida's Gulfarium

[scooterbug44]

I honestly don't understand why just a valid drivers license with a local address isn't enough.

I think they want to limit it to a reward for "working" locals - like SIN nights.

Except many locals don't get "pay stubs" and many who do get checks, get them written to a LLC or S corp, not the individual.

Can open, worms everywhere.

I do appreciate the gesture and would love to go check out Gulfarium.

Yes, that definately opened a can of worms to say the least. I am from here all my life and have raised 4 kids here and right now am a stay at home mom who homeschools my daughter but since I am not "employed", or lets say I don't get a paycheck from a business, I cannot get in on the deal.
So it should say, Free admission to all EMPLOYED locals, yea, thanks alot for that great deal Gulfarium. Way to treat ALL the locals

I see they just did not want to deal with this issue on facebook, so they just deleted that post offering the deal and the comments that went with it. It was just a bad idea from the start to offer a deal to only those employed that would bring a pay stub.
