Beach Access East to West, West to East

Can someone please show me where the East to West, West to East access to traverse the beaches of SoWal are restricted by these angry and evil property owners?

I've looked, very hard and for about one year to find this hellish place and I've yet to find it.

Please help me out...

Yes, really. Where has someone prevented ones east to west or vice versa ability to walk on the beach?

I couldn't find it, yet I hear all about people's fears of not being able to use the beach.

I think the disagreement is with what it means to enjoy the beach. Means a lot of different things to different people.

The question you ask is the basis for all this nonsense about customary use.

Someone please show me where you've been prevented from walking east to west and west to east and having "enjoyment" of the beach. I've yet to see this.

Does anyone have an old B&W photo of this, yet alone a current example??? Show me where your movement has been prevented to walk on the beach...

There are people who have made that claim in public meetings. Doesn't mean it is accurate, but some have said it nevertheless.

I've seen posts with signs saying no trespassing all the way down to the water. If you think enjoyment of the beach is walking in a ten foot wet sand corridor afraid to stop and sit down on dry sand and just relax, then yeah, nobody has been stopped from walking east and west. I'd say that is a rather narrow view of enjoyment of the beach.
