Could one of you kind folks tell me which beach access is closest and most accessible to Brown street near Eastern Lake? There is one at 491 eastern lake road, but from Brown street it looks like (on a map) you'd have to cut through Chelsea loop, and I wasn't sure if that was legal/acceptable. Thanks in advance.
