Section 22-60 page 3 of 7.....added to section:
Beach vendor’s operations are limited to no more than 50% of the beach frontage at any public beach access. The frontage shall be designated by the Walton County Tourist Development Council prior to March 1st of each year.
 
50% seems high. I think 25% should be a max. I never see more than 10% sitting in chairs in non-resort stretches. And I suspect many of them are because some rental owners and companies provide free rentals.
