Congratulations to The Beaches of South Walton. Be sure to note this is the beaches in Walton County. These great pictures and stories are from The Beaches of South Walton in Walton County and NOT Destin, Okaloosa County. Don't be confused with erroneous messages or advertising that try to link you to Destin which is in Okaloosa County when you really want to come to South Walton. Two very different venues, cultures and histories. Two primary places that are often mentioned wrong are Sandestin or Seagars. Sandestin is in Miramar Beach, NOT Destin. Seagars Restaurant is in the South Walton Resort Sandestin in the historic community of Miramar Beach in Walton County, NOT Destin. This information might also be important in case of an emergency such as a tornado or hurricane. You really need to know where you are to plan for your safety or proper evacuation.

MountainFilm is proud to be one of the two cultural events to be mentioned in this anniversary video. Thank you to our friends and neighbors for making Mountainfilm at Watercolor such a popular event.
