Beachside Villa Condos

depends on what you are looking for in a unit...if you give us a bit more info, we can probably give you some help.

looking for solid construction

Beach Side seems to be fairly solid. I have a unit for sale in their but it is on the ground floor so those always seem pretty solid. Beach Side units are a bit older so the quality may not seem as solid as today's construction. On a positive note, you don't pay todays construction prices. I have a great unit that has really good rental numbers and is definitely worth the look see. I also think that based on the time these units were built they stack up strong compared to similar units of that period. As always, I recommend a good home inspection to let the inspector decide. Isn't this the same unit that was auctioned off at the beginning of August and sold for $156K? Did the auction not close or is the new owner trying to flip?

Correct, plus buyer fees. Seller has had success in this market buying at auction and selling on open market. The unit is in excellent condition and at this time the best deal in the complex.
