Beach Comber
Want to buy new sofa and chair for our Rental condo. We were told not to choose any wicker / Wood frames because the get eaten up by bed bugs. Any advice / experience to share? Thanks
 
Actually fabric is the enemy. Wicker and wood don't actually give the bugs any place to hide,plus the bugs prefer skin contact surfaces like the mattress.
 
Bed bugs don't eat wicker and wood. They eat people. Not sure what the person who told you that is talking about...
 
You should not have bed bugs or any bugs that can eat furniture inside your home. If you do, call an exterminator ASAP!
