Here we go with targeting locals.

While I'm all for WCSO's efforts to ensure kids safety, they could do a "promotion" during spring break and summer when the Touron's are here. You never see them until there is an accident and then there are multiple cars sitting around waiting for FHP, while Citizen Volunteer Leah has her vest on and directs traffic... Didn't WCSO have a traffic division with motocycles?

Now FHP has quotas? Come on...
