I noticed that you are living in Manhattan. Have you been to the new restaurant called Per Se? I would be curious to know what you thought, if so. The owner/chef is a friend of ours here, also has The French Laundry. I know that the Laundry is top drawer, but curious to hear a first-hand impression of Per Se before I take friends from NY there during the holidays. Thanks for any feedback you can give us.

Oh my gosh! Yes! Per Se is in the new Time Warner building. I went to an editor dinner about 2 weeks ago there. It's AMAZING. It's a major mover and shaker hot spot...especially being in the Time Warner building.

It's sooo amazing. Two thumbs up for sure! :clap_1:

I can't believe you know the chef! Dang girl!
